I have a Case 560 Super K in great shape. One of the swing arm cylinders has a leak and I will order the kit tomorrow. Since I have the pin removed, I was considering making over-sized pins to reduce play in the hoe boom. What would be the minimum bushing to pin clearance for the ~1.6" pin? I will measure the minimum diameter from the three hardened bushings and use measurement as reference. I ordered a repair manual for the Case in pdf form and I cannot find the clearance written in the manual. I will make the pins from mild steel. Thank you.
