case 530 pto

i have a case 530 that i need to adjust the pto clutch. it has a live pto and when it get a load on it the clutch will slip.

I also have a Case 530 with a PTO that slips. If I pull very hard on the lever, the PTO engages stronger, but still slips with a tiller.

Does anyone have experience with this problem?
