Case 448 Muffler Source?

So....my trusty 448 fired up for this years first snow (I confess I only use it for snow as my Ferris cuts scads more lawn and much faster.....) but what was a failing muffler last year is now almost deafening....I can find replacements for around $165(ouch!)...does anyone have either a source or one that they have made they'd like to duplicate for a fee?

build one from scratch. its just a pipe inside a pipe. the inside pipe has holes dumping into the outside pipe.
