Case 310 crawler loader final drive seal

I have an old Case 310 crawler loader for which I need a final drive seal. How can I determine whether it needs the old style or upgraded seal? Thanks...

Thank you for your quick response. I used to have that information at my fingertips, but I had to go out and look it up again. By the time I got back, my husband had actually found the part number buried under half-a-century of gunk. Whew! Thank you again.
