Anybody have a serial number list for 1530 uniloaders? I just ended up with one and am trying to find what year it is.--it's not a B series, its the one before that. number is 9816259 ---- looks like first year was 69 last year maybe 71? then the B model came out.
I am a New-Holland guy myself, BUT I got talked into this thing. First off the controls are all on the sticks,---I gotta have the foot controls for the loader, thats what I am good on. --Neighbor says I will do fine on it, so I am game! lol!! Thanks!

I did a little digging, and looks like the B series started with S/N 9816704. What little I've dabbled with searching for parts for a couple different model backhoes, it seems the serial numbers continue, but break at certain model number places like at a different letter series, of the same model number.

That being said, I'd have to guess your 1530 is a '71 model.

I also know, that along with a series model change, so are some parts, as it's apparently some sort of upgrade. So, if any parts are needed, the best way to find them is using that particular part number. I went to the Case Construction parts page, but apparently they are having technical difficulty's today. Maybe doing an upgrade..?? And, Case-IH Ag. doesn't even list the 1530, only the 1530B.

And one more thing, if you need a dealer only part, run the part number through Case-IH Ag., it's normally 10% less, than through Case Construction. Go figure...

Anymore, I'll search for a part number, running it though a Google search, and see what pops up. I've found more than several NOS parts on ebay, or through a salvage yard, that has bought out NOS parts from a dealership, whether reducing inventory, or closing shop. Or, even aftermarket parts.

I kinda ran into the ghost thingy too!--It's like Case don't admit to ever having this model. I know I will need all 4 hydraulic cylinder kits since these are leaking kinda bad. I don't know if the B models had the 3" cylinders or if they dropped to 2.5". A lot of the B parts seam to have all different numbers. --- I may have a real junker here!

I was pretty fortunate to have a great hydraulic shop, about a half-hour away, before moving back to the home place. Now approx. 50 minutes away, but they rebuilt one of the loader bucket cylinder on my 480 Case, for $75, including the kit. I checked Case Construction at the time, and the kit for that cylinder was like $38. Over $40 with tax. I'm not busting my knuckles for $35. Plus, they gave a 30 day warranty. That was 7-8 years ago, and no leaks to date..!!
