That's a nice tractor. I almost bought a used one from my dealer, but it went quickly at $15,000 with loader and pushbutton range selector.

The first thing you should do though, in my opinion based on experience with my cousin's TC33, is to locate the neutral safety switches and make sure they are not in a vulnerable location so that brush could grab and disconnect them. Will save a lot of frustration!

Congratulations on your purchase.

Re: Can\'t decide

Congrats on the new tractor!

The wait is the terrible, but it makes "getting it" that much more fun. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Re: Can\'t decide

KiotiJohn -- can you post pics of where those switches are, or maybe a verbal description or both? I probably have them on my DX29, so would appreciate knowing.

Thanks

Re: Can\'t decide

The tractor is about 10 hours away in Louisiana, but I have one picture of it. Where the arrow is pointing is the wrong side, so go to the other side of the tractor and look up between the tire and platform to see if you see a small connector hanging out in the open.

To check any that you find to see if they are safety switches, just unplug them and try to start the tractor. When you find them exposed to dangers, just tape them out of the way.

It's difficult to tell you exactly where, but it should be easy to determine if a branch or something could catch and pull it apart.
