CAN WE USE PELLETS TO BURNING THE ENGINE?

I use wood pellets for my boiler heating, BBQ heating,... and I see they have many advantages. Therefore, I want to ask if the engine can be the engine power?

Wood pellets I used for burning and heating called mixed wood pellets. They are made from mixing pine and rubber wood, or can from acacia wood also if you require.

When using wood pellets for heating, its burning capability is very goood. I just have to use a half amount of wood pellets compared to I last used coals, the price is good then I can save my money also. And since wood pellets I bought made from wood waste products, I think they are very enviromentall-friendly. You can read more about their advantages analysis.

But I see wood pellets are not common for engine power, but is it possible? Has anyone tried before?

Gas generators for fueling Internal combustion engines was somewhat "a thing" in times of fuel shortages around WWi and WWII.

The "generators" are bulky, and dirty A search of the internet will likely return some information, and certainly an image or two. The search term "wood gas generator" returns many links to pursue. "gassifier" is another term of description.

I can not imagine a modern high speed engine operating on "wood gas", but some of the older types might do OK
