You mean to replant it? I wouldn’t have high hopes but only one way to find out.

lol That was going to be my next question. Not exactly sure what kind of tree this is. Maybe a pine? I'll post some pix of the needles

Yup. Find a spot that you want it and try. Be prepared to give it plenty of water all year since there don’t look to be many of the little hair roots to absorb water from the ground.
It never stops amazing me, that some of the trees we tried to save survived!
Work some real good soil around the roots, don稚 bunch them together and keep it watered along with good tie downs so the roots don稚 get pulled around with every gust of wind.
Our most favorite tree for shade on the back patio was removed once and replanted with less than I see in your pic and then moved again about a year later and has flourished beyond belief .in the last 30 years.
