Can My Tractor Pull XXX Tandem Disk Harrow??

I pull an old fashioned 24 plate tandem tractor disk, drawbar only, no transport wheels, you can't lift it and you angle the gangs straight for transport.

Next to no effort to pull it in "transport" mode, and you can angle the gangs as aggressive as you want.

I find the biggest limiting factor is the soil condition, wet versus dry. Dry field where I can easily harrow with a 5000lb 2wd is somewhere when wet the 7500lb 4wd can't even pull it.

So no matter what this set weighs and no matter that they sink into the ground well over 12", as long as the angle is set straight pretty much any tractor can pull these?

I'll bet due to design of the main frame of the offset disk in the photo that a lower HP/ lighter weight tractor won't pull that disk very far with tires in raised(plowing) position even with disk angle at minimum angle setting!

You cant change the soil conditions so does it really matter ?

A Disk Harrow changes soil markedly.
