2014 Kioti DK45SE
I bought a hydraulic top link for my Kioti DK45SE but when I raise the 3 pt hitch all the way it hits the top link holder (the clip holding the orange hook in the picture). I need to either take a grinder to the top link holder and remove it or flip the top link around so the hydraulics are on the bottom.

Is it ok to have the hydraulics on the bottom of the top link?

You could loosen the connections on both sides of the double pilot operated hydraulic check valve and rotate it enough
to clear the problem.
Yes it is ok to put the hydraulics on the bottom.

Rotate the DPOCV to the right, hoses will route better anyway. That or flip it over like you were asking, still going to need to reroute the hoses though. (I think?) I would rotate the check valve to the right and have the hoses pointing back so that the hoses then are in a nice even loop.

I'm not a hydraulic genius, so if this is a bogus suggestion just ignore it. Could you just replumb the top pipes & hoses so that the block that interferes is on the other end of the cylinder?

I must be missing something. Why wouldn't you just tie your top link holder clip up out of the way?

Unless you are pulling a heavy draft load, like a plow, your upper link can be moved to middle or lower hole on tractor end. You are in top hole now.

Because it wasn't hitting the hook, it was hitting the little clip welded to the frame that holds the big orange hook.

For now, I've just flipped it upside down and the problem is solved. I may turn the links later but it seems ok to me as it is. Thanks everybody.

Is the top link holder something you can remove, as in unbolt?
