Sickle Bar Can anyone identify the make and model?

I got this used sickle bar for free but cant tell what make and model it is. There are parts on it that say Case but there are JD part #'s on it according to the Case dealer.

Does it look factory original or can you tell if it's been repaired at some point? I wouldn't be surprised to find parts from various manufactures on an old piece of farm equipment.

It looks pretty factory. All of the part numbers start with MT followed by three numbers (MT239) for example.
