The leaves and fruiting bodies look like cherry from the photo or a similiar species. Since it has already leafed is another indicator. Of course it is always easier to identify in person. Most serviceberries (shadbush) do not get that tall and the fruit stalk is usually shorter. Of course being by itself, it could be some ornamental planted years ago. That is always a challenge when you go into someone's yard and they ask "What is this?" and it is a non-native species.![]()
