Nothing is selling around us... house and land is not moving. I would even be incline to lower your original price offer...

I would be inclined to re submit your last offer. It was already significantly less than what they wanted. It's a nice property.

Was east to pick up a trailer and stopped at the property when traveling past. With all the rain we've had, was thinking that dam could have washed out. Looked OK, but brush everywhere!! Top two are the drive in. Bottom two are the dam.

We put in another bid but our expectations remain low. Last time we bid, they said there price was good as it. So with this property coming up on one year on the market, they don't care to lower there price. We started to look at other properties. We remain the only ones to bid on it.
