I like the metal, spark free metal 5 gal cans, with have the sealing lid, and the attached funnel.
I own and have used Eagle steel cans for many years. But for controlled pouring into smaller tanks, they bit.

The "No-Spill" brand Arly posted is the only one worth a crap. They are quite well made and work well. For my tractor I drilled a cross hole behind the push button and stick a drill bit in there to hold the button in while it empties into the tractor without me holding it. I wouldn't do that for a small tank as it would end...badly...but then it only takes a few seconds to fill small tanks anyways.

A friend of mine is jealous I have two pretty well stocked with tool barns 500 miles apart. Seemed like for a few years I'd either forget to take certain tools I needed at the time only to find out after returning home 1k miles and a few weeks later they were organized in a nice tool container waiting to be loaded in my truck but never were šŸ˜‚ or vice versa.

At camp Covington if you have the storage and use a specific tool for one project or repair more than 9 times out of 10 one use paid for the cost of tool plus saved you money not paying someone else to do it. At least that's what I've experienced up there and pretty much anything everywhere I diy. Unless you screw whatever your trying to do worse than before I'm occasionally guilty of. šŸ˜‚.

Cordless drill with drill and various screw bits, circular saw , or at least a sawzalll. Pipe wrench, adjustable wrench. Socket set maybe 3/8", vice grips. Torpedo level prefer a 2' though, tape measure. Various length wood screws either a carpenters or speed square. Some clamps. Don't really know what your tasks planned are though.

It will probably take you a few trips and activities before you figure out what will be really useful and can't be easily substituted with tools you have on hand.

axe and small sledge hammer always useful at a new property.
second the sawzall and some hand saws could come in handy.
Agreed you'll figure out more needs as you spend time there.

Rain forecasted over the weekend was reduced so we will be heading to camp and do more trail clearing. Got a out-dated propane tank dropped off to be recertified and refilled. Bought a boot brush for camp and much more..

Got a 100 gallon propane tank recertified and refilled today. Putting it in the back of my truck nearly killed me. 😣 Might have to sell it.

100 GAL full is 170Lbs that's a bear to load into a Pup bed! Maybe strap it to a wheeled dolly and put on the trailer instead or roll up a set of ramps into bed?
