Is the forward/reverse lever now on the right of the steering column. It use to be on the left.
Can the rate of acceleration and deceleration be varied by the controls on the dash?

Well, they were there. For some reason, they were deleted.

I'm in the process of trying to delete all my posts, these are the ones I can so far.

The administrator has limited the time to edit one's post. During that time you can delete the text as you did, or you could have deleted the post by clicking on "delete" in the edit mode. Since you started the thread, this would have deleted all reply posts as well.
