Cab heater problems

Installed after market heater in cab .Where is the best lacations to hook up heater hoses on engine (international 444 diesel) .I tried fitting at thermostat housing fittng and temp sensor tee ,should i come off water pump fittng and drain port?

General rule of thumb for heater hoses: one port in cylinder head or thermostat housing(whatever is available with least difficulty) for source of hot water. Return or suction hose should go to inlet side of water pump. There may be a threaded port in the tube the lower radiator hose slips onto, which would be convenient. If not, you might fabricate something to insert into the lower rad hose to provide a port. Not the best answer, but a possibility to consider.
