B2650 fel bh/ BX2200
I have a B2650 with FEL and BH77. I got the BXpanded toothbar, talon ripper and Quick On Bucket Attachment. Tooth bar went on fine. The Quick On Bucket went on ok. But I can't attach my bucket or the talon to the Quick on. Have to trim kubota paint off as tolerance is so tight on the bucket. When I finally got the bucket in the slot and up to the other pin hole (which I had to do by using the weight of the tractor to push down on the bucket), I can't align the retaining pin hole because the little extension rod on the pivot pin is too long and hits my Thumb. I will have to cut about a quarter inch off of the extension. Also, I cannot fit the talon Ripper on the Quick ON at all (and they are both BXpanded products designed to match). It is extremely tight and the welds on them are so thick that they bind when trying to swing up the ripper to the front Pivot pin hole. It simply won't go. I will have to grind down the welds where it is binding to make it fit. I spent a lot of money on these attachments and am very disappointed in the fit, or lack thereof!!! All I gotta say is it ain't at all like the quick change video on their site!

I did. They are sending me replacement quick on and talon tooth ripper with pins etc. And are shortening the lever on the removable pivot pin. He claims he will make sure the parts fit . I'll return the current parts in the box. We will see......

I have the toothbar, quick attach hitch and ripper also for my b2650.Everything fit good.I did bend the ripper twice and they replaced it and built me a heavier unit which works great.Good people to deal with.

I ordered the same coupler for my B21. No problems with the welds being too bulky. But same as OP, the fit was too tight between the bucket ears. The coupler has a thick bumpy coating of some kind, so I sanded it off. About 10 minutes of work and the fit is perfect.

Woodenhorse...

Wow... I am waiting for my 2017 B2650 HST TLB to arrive this week (12/21/17) and I too had ordered a BXpaned Quick On Bucket Attachment and a 6 inch bucket. I am hoping that I don't have the issues you had with the installation of the BXpanded items.

THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED AS PART OF YOUR OPENING POST.

+1 Also, close tolerances with tractor attachments are not necessarily a bad thing. A few minutes with sandpaper, a file or even a grinder would be preferable to having sloppy fit and loose engagement of the parts, at least in my book.

I have the same issue with a BXPanded snow plow I just bought...got delivered 2 days ago and I put it together right away. From my trial run down the driveway I need to file down the slot where the long chain connects to the top piece (can’t seat the chain into it)
I also need to change the bolt hole on the chain binder connection so I have a tighter connection to the short chain (which is in the instructions) and third I have to find out why it’s so hard to pull the pin and angle the blade...I’m thinking it’s a “thick paint” issue as well.

Can anyone post some pics of the Quick-On installed with the backhoe bucket AND the Kubota thumb? I want to see how the thumb meets the bucket in various positions once the Quick-On is installed.

Thanks in advance.
