BXpanded Hydraulic Pressure Test Kit

/ BXpanded Hydraulic Pressure Test Kit #21
Does this kit show you where the pressure relief valve is on the BX 60 series? I already have a pressure gauge from when I had a JD and my BX tested out a year or so ago right at spec. But if/when I do need to compensate for an aging relief valve spring, I'm not sure where the little sucker lives on my BX. Anyone know?

My hyd pressure was 1625 psi. Kicked it up to 1740 psi. Was afraid to go too high.

LA243 loader max is 1778 psi.
BX2660 spec is 1780 - 1840 psi. I checked at rear remote at max speed and fluid hot.

On BX2660 the pressure relief is the lower nut on the left of the pto guard. Not the nut above that looks like some kind of cap. Don't know if the BX1860 is the same.

BTW I messed up earlier on the shim thicknesses. Should be .1mm, .2mm and .4 mm. Sorry :confused3:

Thanks YJ - will have a look next time I'm out in the shed. I would guess all the BX's are the same regarding placement of the relief valve.
