Update: Spoke with Harry earlier today and we worked out an exchange of the pallet fork brackets for a very reasonable cost, mostly to cover shipping. He's a real stand up guy and anyone thinking about doing business with him should know he stands behind his products and will go the extra mile to make his customers happy. Thanks again Harry.

I also had the funky FEL on my 2010 BX25. Ordered pallet/brush forks and the clamps did not fit. Harry took the time to explain the problem and took everything back on his dime.

Just sent you an email Harry. Hope the new ones will fit my application. If so, I'll definately reorder. Even though they didn't fit, everything was heavy duty/top nothch from what I saw.....

Hi Dave, Answered your email yesterday. New version parts are in production. We have instructions for easily determing the configuration of your bucket. We email them out to anyone that orders Quick-on hooks or forks for a BX25. None of our other attachments or any other BX models are affected. Thanks, Harry

The BXpanded pallet forks and bucket hooks are great and are high quality, but what is even better is the OUTSTANDING service Harry provides. Like others, I also had trouble with my bucket sizing when my forks arrived. I was sure I measured correctly, but was wrong and that was my fault. I had a lot of problems getting them to stay on, but found a way to make them work. With these forks, I moved brush, logs and large stumps. The pile is more than 15’ x 30’ and as high as the bucket can reach. Harry has sent me the correct clamps & bucket hooks and even sent a label for return shipping! I will definitely recommend and continue to do business with Bxpanded!
