BX25 Toolbox

Sold my old Yanmar and bought a BX25 the other day. I was looking for a place to mount a small tool box. Nothing elaborate - just a few wrenches and maybe a chocolate bar.

Yeah, yeah, I know "you dont need tools for a BX25 because it never breaks". But I did mount a set of bolt-on forks on the bucket and I need to carry a couple of wrenches for them. I couldnt see a convenient place to mount a toolbox.

Just wondering what others have done about a small dry tool box and where and how its mounted. Pictures would be great!

Try mounting the toolbox on the back of the seat. I have a BX24 and it fits without interfering with seat movement when using the backhoe. I actually got the idea from this forum.

Here's what I did for my BX25. The basket cost me a whole $1 from the dollar store. I leveled it with some old scrape composite decking and zip tied it to the loader frame.

I use the toolboxes on the carryall...if the BH is on, I just throw the tools on the deck...If all else fails, I just put them in the cup holder.
