BX25 stalling

initially outside under tarp, now inside unfinished garage that doesn't yet have doors. basically the tractor is exposed to the temps but now its out of the elements. I picked up some 911 and treatment (white container) . Im gonna put the 911 and treatment in it and warm it with the small personal space heater. Thanks for all the help. P.S. I am in north central PA.
