Hey neighbor! (I'm in Dinwiddie). That BX will do you just fine. Don't worry about the little bit of smoke as it is normal. I used to own a BX22. Just keep in mind you have NO ground clearance and to replace the HST fan is expensive lol. There is a lil' Bota dealership right there on RT 60 so atleast you can get parts quick.
