Bx25 hst peddle grease fitting

Could anyone tell me where the grease fitting is located for forward reverse treddle? Also how often to grease it?

There is a little flap on the rubber floor mat that flip up and the grease fitting is under that. Its right behind the pedal if I recall. I grease mine about 3 times a year.
