Mowing BX25 and Woods RM59

I am due to take delivery of my BX25 later this week. One of the implements that I have from an older tractor is a Woods RM59 finish mower. Will the BX25 be able to mow with it? The specs for the mower say that it is 60" mower that weighs almost 400 lbs. It is a finish type mower and I had planned on using it to mow a pasture as I have a fine cut belly mower to use around the house. Would I be better off getting a brush hog type mower for the course mowing?

YES!! It cuts close around the house lawn better than in the field. It will bog down my 22hp yanmar in tall feild grass and beeak a belt once in a while.

I used it with an International 254 and occasionally it would bog down. But it did a pretty decent job too.

I ran a 59" Woods mower with an 18hp Yanmar..... so I think you'll be fine with your BX.
