BX2350 seat

Last night while mowing, the seat on my BX2350 became quite loose. It appears that the front left mount/post wants to slip out of it's socket (if that makes sense). The cotter pins are not missing. On the same mount there is a spring-loaded clip that activates a switch -- this clip doesn't want to stay in place either. Has anyone experienced this? I'll be at the dealer on Saturday, so I ask them about it, but I'm wondering if others have encountered issues with their seats.
