I brought the bx back to the shop (on a trailer the dealer loaned me) The mechanic test drove it and the differential didnt lock. Then he looked underneath and saw a piece of linkage was missing. Then the Manager asked if it looked like my fault. The mechanic said no. The manager told him to borrow one off the 2350 on the lot, and sent me home.
Over all I am happy with the results.
On a side note someone on here posted that their front axle was low on fluid when they got it home. After 4 hours use I checked mine and it took almost a gallon to bring it up. I mentioned this to the manager and he kind of said that they come fully put together and his guys should have done a better job on the precheck.
Allso the throttle wasnt tight and would return to idle by it self. I called the shop and they were baffled. A quick search showed me where to look and I fixed it. A nut had fell off that should have been double nutted tight.
When removing the mower I seen the leveling bolts were loose. One was fully adjusted up and the other down. When I put it back on I will follow the install instructions from scratch.
Not trying to be a complainer, just share my experience.
