B3030
My check goes out today for my new B3030, loader, BH, 60" MMM, Bagger, chain hooks on bucket and on BH, 4 work lights, and of course, the new seat. I am excited beyond belief. I am sorry to see my BX23 go but I am looking forward to fun fall with my new machine.

I will be repleat with questions for you B3030 owners.

I will be keeping my 4' brush hog, 4' KK tiller and my spreader. The problem I just realized is that I cut all of these shafts down to fit my BX23! So I guess I will need to buy new ones. Anyone out there think they could use these? The tiller has a slip clutch type of shaft and the brush hog has a pin. Nothing special about the spreader shaft other than it will probably be too short.

kubotafan, could you please elaborate on that for me? I am not fully versed in the construction of these things. Thank you

Before you get rid of your shafts, try them on the 3030. I was in the same boat as you when I traded in my BX2230 for my 3030. I didn't think the shaft was long enough on my 42" brush hog, but to my surprise if fit perfectly.

Just a thought.....

Agreed with above, dont sell off anything until you get the 3030. Great machine by the way, my 3030 has been so much more than i expected, from the smooth hydraulics to the tight turning radius, to the position control 3PH to the climate contol in the cab. Kubota engineers got it right on the 3030!

Glad you mentioned this... it's one of those often-overlooked features that's so great about these machines. When you stop to think about it the B3030 and its cousins are remarkably maneuverable and agile for their size.

I had a B7500 w/ a 302 fel before i jumped up to the 3030, i could get that machine anywhere and she was light as a feather too.
