How do I fix this? I tried spraying some silicone around it, but little if any help. Is there an adjustment screw somwhere by chance? Thanks.

What position does it stick in? It is suppose to stay in the float position, all the way forward.

Dump bucket, or the 3 o'clock position. It seems as if there is a little catch or burr when you transition the joystick from the neutral position towards the 3 o'clock position.
It makes it hard to be subtle on the dump, seems all or nothing. I wondered if the 12mm hex bolt protruding from the back of the joystick contraol pad has anything to do with adjusting the "tension". You know like the throttle control under the dash?
Don't think it'll be that easy though.

There is a detent in the 3 o'clock position. Up to that detent is the regen, or fast dump position. Past the detent and you go into the powered or slow dump position. I don't know, perhaps you may have a problem with the detent.
