Price Check bx23 price check

Looking at a 2004 bx23 with 35 hours for $12,500. No additional attachments included. Is this a good price?
Also, can this machine handle a 4' bushhog? thanks.

Here in WV I was getting prices of $16,500 new with a 60" mid mount mower (think they are worth about $1600-1800) last month when I look at them. Good luck

Here in New England a BX23 with low hours goes for about $14000 from a private party.

I have had recommendations for either the 48 or 42 inch brush hog style rotary cutters for the BX line. I gather the 42 is probably the better match but many people seem to use the 48 successfully.

I use the 42" Woods mower, it seems to work well.

That price isn't bad. BUT If you plan on financing its only a couple of grand more for a new one which gives u 0.0%. (I like using other peoples money)

Thats the only problem.

The intrest on a used one will cost more than the 2000 saved .
