I have about 450 hours on the machine and it has recently lot power on the drive train. I had a heck of a time getting up a slope that It has been up many times without issue. Suggestions?

Is it only when on a slope that you lose power? If so, my first guess would be that you need to change the fuel filter. Same thing happened to me. Water gets trapped in the filter and when on a slope the water moves inside the filter and obstructs fuel flow.

Here's another vote for changing the fuel filters. This is a frequent subject of discussion here. Of course I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the parking brake being left on and / or the speed selector set to high instead of low can cause this as well.

Two votes for the filter so far. Not trying to insult, but do you have it in the low range? Every now and then I think I have lost power and realize I forgot to shift out of the high range. One other time when I seemed to be losing power it was because the pedal linkage was coming loose so I wasn't getting full range. Could be the filter, but check the really easy fixes first.
