BX23 Classified Ad

I'm new around here (hi, by the way, and I've really enjoyed reading all the great info on the discussion boards). Since I'm in the market for a BX23 or BX24, I found the following TBN classified ad interesting:

Does anyone think this is a bit fishy, too good to be true, etc? $4000 for an almost new $14k tractor, with a trailer that's probably worth half that much alone seems questionable. The form-letter response I received from the seller to my emailed inquiry was also a bit odd, indicating payment to made through escrow and "free delivery". He also did not provide a phone number nor any other contact info.

Just thought I'd ask for other opinions...

Yea... thats about as fishy as they come. The guy could make more money and be more believable by pricing closer to 12-13,000.

Now I'm not enough expert to say for sure, but it certainly looks to me like a scam that's been tried repeatedly on eBay. So I've notified Muhammad and asked him to check into it.
