BX22/23 backhoe attachment - rugged?

I would think that 20 years from now you will see BX22's & BX23's that have still functioning backhoes. With proper care and maintenance they should have a very long life span. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

We have over 50 out and no problems with welds or hydraulics yet. A few questions about drop rate but nothing that was severe enough to work on. They do have boom locks but some choose not to use them.

I guess I'm the one who got side tracked and didn't understand the question asked. I am sorry for my mistake.

Kubota designed the BX22 after so many requests for the BX2200 (I think that's the model #) and a BH. So, you know they would design something strong enough to work safely within the range of the machine. It'll hold up for what it's designed to do.
