Somebody around here has a BX23 for their 1/2 acre yard.

I just bought a BX1500 for our almost 1/2 acre yard. My wife thought it would look ridiculous with me out mowing in our subdivision with a real tractor, but now that she's seen me mowing with it she said it doesn't look that bad. It's a cadillac of a lawn mower compared to the old Toro I was using. It crawls around our sloped lot like a mountain goat. Plus the looks I get from the neighbors in our subdivision are great.

I am also considering a BX1500. What are the average prices around the country? I am looking at a BX1500 with loader, 48MMM, rear blade and tires filled at $11,000. I am in southern NH and eastern MA area. Competitive?
