BX1500 Decal

Just bought a new bx1500. My question is I have seen the new models with raised chrome badging(letters) my bx1500 badging is just a decal. Is this a 2005 or 2004 model? My dealer said that they had a problem in production with the chrome letters and changed back to the decal?

I have a B7610HSD with the raised chrome letters and there were also some decaled 7610's in stock when I bought mine.

I was told by the dealer that the rule of thumb is the model # not the year. In other words the same model # has the exact same parts no matter what the year.
