BX Service Bulletins?

Does anyone know of a link to service bulletins that Kubota has issued? Is there one on the air cleaner strap??

There is supposed to be a bulletin on that item but allot of dealers respond using the usual HUH? Think there is a thread regarding the subject....

Mine was not even broke yet and I had my tractor in and told the dealer that bota told me he should be able to look up the bulletin and replace it. He did
