BX mulcher (current opinions)

I've asked before and it seemed that at the time, not many people had the mulching kit, but I thought I'd float the question again since its time to start mowing (for me).
I realize that some have stated that the BX mulches without the mulching kit simply due to a great deck design, but my experience is that if I don't get to the grass twice a week, I get some pretty long shavings laying around.
So, Is it worth the money (how much are they)?
Is it easy to install yourself?
Does it do a great job (typical of Kubota)?
Is it easy, hard to clean?
Whatever you have to tell me, I’m listening!

I just picked up mt BX and I did purchase the mulching kit. Haven't had a chance to install it yet though. I ended up paying just over $200 for it but decided it was worth it to have an extra set of blades if nothing else.
