BX Expanded 2" Backhoe Receiver

Are there any downsides to the 2" backhoe receiver hitch? It seems like a bright idea to be able to move a trailer with the backhoe still on the tractor?

Downsides are going over short hills/dips the tongue of the trailer will get raised up/lowered much more than compared to the trailer being hooked up close to the tractor. also turning the trailer will swing much more rapidly. (which can be a bonus as well)
