I do not know with out looking it up but I would say a 60? Usually you want to cover your tracks which is 48 on a BX.

I've got a Braber 50" on my BX2200. Runs it like there's nothing back there.
I also run a Woodmaxx 62" flail mower. Lifts it, turns it, and runs it OK.
Keep in mind, the wider you go on a smaller machine two things can happen:
1. You might need to go slower, and you'll end up getting the same amount done as if you had just used a 50".
2. You might end up having the implement take control of the tractor, which makes running that implement quite unpleasant and more work.
So be wary of that.
When I upgrade my machine, I'm planning on keeping the 50", but add the wings to make it wider to match the width of the new machine. It's a great blower and it's got minimal use. The wings are under $100, so it's a no brainer.

We'll it depends. People have asked me if I would ever consider getting a front blower.
Eh... for me I would rather keep the loader and have a rear mount. I mostly use it for cutting up banks and then turning around and blowing them away.
Also a loader can get you unstuck if you were to get stuck.
Unless you get a hydraulic driven front blower (and you can't get one for a BX anyways), it has to stay with the machine when you upgrade. So it's a give or take.
Having a rear mount can go to another machine, like I stated earlier.
Only positive to having a front mount, you don't have to blow in reverse. Especially with folks with neck and back problems, it's justified.
Trust me, I thought all these things out before buying the rear mount blower.

I have a BX 24 with a 54” rear mount blower. I like this setup as I have the front loader to help when needed. The 54” blower is good most of the time but in deep snow, greater than 12” you will have to go slow. Yes, after extended use, say over an hour, you do get a like stiff from having to turn to see where you are going but switch sides and it helps. You will need two rear mounted lights and I recommend leds. I have two rear facing lights mounted on each side of the ROP because the chute will cause a shadow if only one light is used.
Since you are talking front blower I think you will be limited by Kubota or a third party supplier. Rear blowers would have a much wider range, but if I was to get a blower it would be a front mount and a cab.
