BX 2350 or BX 24

I was wondering which one you would prefer?,BX 2350,FEL,60" MMM, BH? or the BX24 with the same equipment. Any idea what the difference is between the two and the price difference? Advantages and Disadvantages?? Turf or R-4 tires?? Any pics of each in action??? I currently have a B7500 which is a great machine but had the crazy thought of maybe trading.The thought just popped in my head today.Please give me your opinion. Just a thought!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want a backhoe, I would buy the BX24 without question. The BX24 has a frame that is especially designed for the hoe, and the ROPS is also designed for backhoe use. The new seat on that machine makes the hoe very comfortable to operate. Price wise, I think you can also do a little better going with the 24.

I vote for just adding a BH to the tractor you have. Either the Kubota one, or a small woods.

If you go to a BX in place of your B7500, I can almost assure you will regret it. I sometime ago had the same idea in order to get rid of my riding mower and have only one machine to maintain. There was a BX23 advertised for sale in my area and I went to check it out. It was like new and very low hours. Also, the price was very good so I was seriously considering buying it.

After I had a chance to use it a little, I decided it was really too small for a backhoe because the hoe moved the tractor around too much to suit me. I also concluded I would regret going to a smaller tractor.

I kept my B7500 and have considered adding a backhoe on it. I have not bought one yet but I may in the future. I have a local rental place that will rent me a tractor with loader and backhoe for $175.00 per day. No more than I need one this looks like the best solution.
