After some seat time on both at the dealer's, i opted for the JD w/ 30 hp. I was too eager to take ownership, and didnt want to wait til delivery the next day, so i drove it the 8 miles home. First modification when i got home was to mount a rearview mirror on the canopy. I love this tractor! I will be visiting this forum lots, trolling for advice.
