Buying Advice Buying advice Model 7254

I am going to look at a 7754 2003 with very low hours (65). It has shifting problems into PTO. Also I have heard that there is a recall issue going back awhile. can any one give me a ball park $ advice. good tires been sitting awhile. Also is ther a FEL available for same.
