Just to make sure we're talking about the same thing here, by "rock shaft housing" you mean the valve cover. Correct?

NO THE ROCK SHAFT IS ATTACHED TO THE LIFT ARMSUNDER THE SEAT

Not familiar with Shennui tractors, but if that's the hydraulic sump/lift cylinder housing you're talking about, why not just have a good welder braze it? If the Shennui is similar to my Jinma that housing is not a structural part of the frame/drive system so a good braze repair should be fine.

IT'S BUSTED TOO BAD FOR WELD TO HOLD I SAW AN ALLIED 25 AND IT LOOKED JUST LIKE MINE I DON'T KNOW IF THE PARTS WILL INTERCHANGE I AM TALKING ABOUT THE HOUSING THAT CONTAINS THE LIFT ARM CYLINDER SOYOU ARE IN THE RIGHT AREA
