Busted cruise control?

fixed it. Plain, simple, very cheap, colored wire ties. Red for stop, parking brake; green for go, cruise control.

For airplanes they fix stuff like this by making the handles different shapes, the landing gear lever handle is shaped like a little tire while the flap lever is shaped like a little flap. I guess they figure airplane pilots aren't necessarily the sharpest knives in the drawer and from my experience they aren't.
