Bush Hog 3210 Driveshaft

While using a Bush Hog 3210 the drive-shaft came apart. This coupling or "central body" appears to be completely destroyed. Can these be rebuilt?

Looks like that might require a whole new "Housing - top". Bet that's pricey. Seems like a good question for Bush Hog tech support.
