Any suggestions on building a wagon to tow behind the tractor. I want to build a sturdy one that could carry firewood yet I want to get away as cheaply as I can.

Thanks as always,
JB

JB, I've been contemplating this myself. You didn't say how big, but here's my thought. I've seen used wagon gear at the implement dealers for a couple of hundred bucks. For another hundred or so, I can get the wood to make a flat bed (like a hay rack). That'll probably do everything I need plus let me take the kids and friends for hayrides in the fall /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I don't know much about what is used up in your neck of the woods, but i've seen several wagons for sell at auctions. they are usually old flat bed wagons with the deck above the wheels that the farmers used to haul tobacco on mainly. but they work well for hay rides and all kinds of other stuff. the last auction i went to they sold two for about $30 each. good luck.
