building a trailer

It is 2x4 tubular steel 1/4 thick for the frame . The cross rails are 3" C-channel 1/4 thick. I still like a lot to have it done.

Skyco I wish I had bolted my fenders on . But I did not if I ever have any thing to go wrong with them I will next time.

I am not done yet but real close.But it is far enough that I can use it.

schmism a lot of the steel came out of a old cotton mill. I have about 1100$ in it so for.

Dose any one enforce it . I have pull trailers all over NC . SC. GA .Ala and I have never been stopped for a tag on a trailer . just been lucky over the years .

I have built several trailers myself. al law ... trailers over 14 ft long must have a title..& b inspected... my homemade 17 ft trailer. I had to apply to the state for a homemade trailer title. all trailers must have a serial # & tag..some will enforce it here in al a buddy of mine got a ticket for no tag...... $300.00
