I think the biggest question here is "How can a small construction company owe over $10 million dollars to subs/suppiers, etc.?" Something is really wrong with the picture.
All current Wedgewood homeowners also no longer have a warranty, due to the bankruptcy, ourselves included. If our roof collapses today due to lack of continues lateral truss supports, we have no recourse. It really stinks.
