Bucket loader for three point hitch

I stopped by the local tractor dealer the other day and saw a tractor with a homemade bucket loader on a three point hitch. The bucket was raised withe the hydraulics and the hydraulic top like controlled the tilt. does any one have plane for one of these? I have all the parts but the bucket an the cost saving would be great for what I would use it for. Also any ideas on how to go about set it up would help.

Why build one? Get a pond scoop and they're not too expensive. See attachment.
