Bucket indicator

The upper bolt for my bucket angle indicator worked loose and fell off. I found 2 washers and a little metal ring that I think is a washer/spacer. I have a 2006 CK30. Anyone know the specification for the bolt? Am I missing any other parts? I hope to run out in the morning to get one if I can find out what to get.

I think the upper bolt is also the bolt that hold the cylinder pin in place. Do not use the tractor without that bolt. Just remove the bolt from the other side to go shopping for a new bolt.
