BRUSH GRAPPLE

Hello pretty sure this ? has been asked but scence i dont know hydraulics very well ,i was wondering how to hook a grapple to a 2615 can i just get a 6-way valve or is there an easier more efeective way. thanks for any help

If your current valve has PB, then just add another single valve somewhere convenient for the grapple. It could even be an electric valve controlled by a toggle switch on the joystick if you have one.

PB stands for, power beyond. Some of the MAHINDRA operators might be able to answer that question.

POWER BEYOND (HIGH PRESSURE CARRYOVER): A sleeve attachment which permits the oil flow from one valve (when in neutral) to be used by another valve downstream. Hence, a 3-spool valve could be connected to a 2-spool valve to create a 5-spool valve, The first valve takes priority and thrust have a separate outlet port to return oil from an activator back to the reservoir.

If you can get a 6 spool valve, at a reasonable price, then go for it, but if your current valve is working good, then adding another single valve would work.

His loader has power beyond, so it should be a pretty simple install.

rback33 says you have PB, so a single valve added to the PB would give grapple control. You can use the manual lever type, or a 12v electric valve. Just activate the toggle switch to operate the grapple. You can connect the grapple with permanent fittings, or if you will be changing out the grapple often, use QD to connect the grapple.
